You will be amazed with the range of answers from ads, newspaper, internet, from a friend/colleague/relative, etc. Once you have pinpointed which one of these marketing strategies earned the highest answer, you can concentrate on that promotion since you know for a fact that it is the most effective. Spend less money on those marketing strategies that are not as effective and does not give you enough clients.
  2. Ask your clients about your services. Just because a client has been working with your company for so long doesn’t mean you need to be complacent. Let your clients answer a survey form so you will know what they like and what they do not like about your services. Be open to criticism and suggestions from your clients because it will make your services better.

 

As an accountant, you handle your client’s earnings. Having said that, the best way to promote or keep a client is to make sure that you focus on your client’s profits and business growth.
