Will Cincinnati lawyers make good presidents?

One thing about them is that have good advantage when it comes to legal matters which is very valuable in many situations faced by the country. Many presidents have lawyers as their advisers regarding legalities and implications of their decisions. A president with legal training and background can be a good one especially when it comes to implementing a country’s constitution and by laws because he has a better understanding of these safeguards.

On the other hand, it can also be said that lawyers can see the truth from another perspective and so differently than anyone else. This can either pose a threat to certain aspects of governance, or be a great contribution to a country’s achievements.

For a lot of people, a president’s mix of good legal skills and governance will greatly benefit a nation. What do you think?

The oldest practicing lawyer, Ruben Landau of Boston Massachusetts, died at the age of 103 in 2007. It was said the he was still mentally sharp despite the health issues he had to contend with. His legal practice began when during the time of former presided Calvin Coolidge and has done so for 81 long years. Prior to his death it was said that he wanted to retire last 2004 but still carried on and even attended the commencement ceremony at Boston University School of Law a year back, proudly announcing his 80th reunion with his Alma Mater.
